Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should I bring?

Players should bring tennis racquets, athletic apparel, tennis shoes, sunscreen, and water.

  • Do I need a partner?

No partner is required. Players may register individually, and we will coordinate groupings based on skill level and session format. Whether you come with a partner or on your own, you’ll have plenty of structured match play and competitive opportunities built into the program.

  • What is your refund policy?

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative processing fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the program start date are non-refundable. In the event of a medical emergency, refunds may be considered with appropriate documentation. We appreciate your understanding, as advance planning allows us to provide the best possible experience for all participants.

  • What happens if there is inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule sessions when possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, a credit may be issued toward a future adult clinic or camp. Safety is our top priority, and decisions regarding weather adjustments will be communicated promptly via email.
