Cal Poly Youth Tennis Camps provide a dynamic learning experience for young players who want to develop strong fundamentals while building confidence and sportsmanship. Our camps focus on age-appropriate instruction, skill progression, and match play, helping players grow both technically and mentally.

What ages are eligible for youth camps?
Youth camps are designed for junior players, typically ranging from elementary through high school age. Specific age groupings may vary by session.
What should campers bring each day?
Players should bring a racquet, athletic clothing, tennis shoes, water, snacks, and sunscreen.
*Food will not be provided. Be sure to bring a snack for breaks.
Do players need prior tennis experience?
No prior experience is required. Players are grouped by age and skill level to ensure appropriate instruction.
Who supervises the campers?
All campers are supervised by trained coaching staff with experience in youth instruction and player development.
Is match play included?
Yes. Match play is incorporated as appropriate to help players apply skills in a game setting.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a small administrative processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the program start date are non-refundable. In the event of a medical emergency, refunds may be considered with appropriate documentation. We appreciate your understanding, as advance planning allows us to provide the best possible experience for all participants.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule sessions when possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, a credit may be issued toward a future adult clinic or camp. Safety is our top priority, and decisions regarding weather adjustments will be communicated promptly via email.
